They didn't have the replacement item needed in stock - because it was not the 'normal' size - but they quickly contacted their supplier to place an order. It arrived within two days so upon being telephoned to advise they had received it, I was able to go back and collect it. Thank you very much.

Great shop. Staff are always helpful. There's no other car parts shop better or cheaper in clacton. They sell everything from bulbs to car batteries, oh and Mars bars😁 they are currently helping collect items and packing them up to send over to the Ukraine. Their Facebook group is a great asset too where you can get up to date info.
